Consignment Vs. Thrift Shops: What’s The Difference?

Some people shop at various thrift shops for fun, fresh fashions. Others use thrift shops as a means to obtain clothing and items that they may or may not be able to afford in other stores. However, there’s a big difference between a thrift shop and a consignment store.
