For the past two weeks I have been investigating the restaurant, Holy Cow. I was pleased to find out that the owner, Kathee Lavine, was a flexitarian herself and a huge advocate for the diet. She shared with me a lot of information on Holy Cow, but also a lot of information on food in general. She even gave me a better understanding on the true meaning of being a flexitarian.
